This includes agreeing a clear objective and scope for the assignment, the lines of enquiry and sources of evidence, governance arrangements, timescale and nature of the output. We will also undertake our work in a manner that is likely to support the change process by:

  • Being objective by ensuring that all findings, conclusions and recommendations are based on rigorous gathering and analysis of evidence
  • Winning ownership by involving key decision-makers, staff and stakeholders in shaping the diagnosis and way forward

  • Building a ‘guiding coalition’ for change by focusing on what unites the organisation and its stakeholders


When the need to deliver results is pressing we can also support the implementation process and work alongside you to help deliver the results you need.

We will at all times give you our honest advice on how we can best help you and be fair in our dealings with you. We also offer our services at fee rates that represent value for money.
