Nick Ville, Director
Nick Ville is the Director of Ville & Company. Prior to this Nick held senior roles in central government, local government and the Audit Commission. He was a Director in the Prime Minister's Delivery Unit (PMDU) in the Cabinet Office. Whilst at PMDU, he led a small team of civil servants and consultants supporting the government's delivery programme for the drug strategy, crime reduction and improving the criminal justice system. Nick is also currently a member of the board of the London Strategic Health Authority.
Our Team
Ville & Company has a team of 20 Associate Consultants. Most of them have senior management backgrounds at Director Level or above, and are well known and respected figures in their own right. Their experience spans central government, local government, the NHS, the major consultancies and the third sector. Particular areas of expertise and knowledge include: crime, drugs and justice issues, education and children's services, health service management, social care, financial management, change management, corporate governance, performance improvement, procurement and supply chain issues and community cohesion.
