All organisations need to take time out every so often to check how well they are doing and identify where they need to improve - often in response to a change in leadership or changes in their environment.
To help you with this we offer tailored reviews of your organisation's fitness using a framework of key issues to assess strengths and weaknesses across a range of strategic areas, and develop a high-level overview of where change is needed and what needs to be done. Strategic reviews can be undertaken organisation-wide or for specific divisions, business units or executive agencies.
During the course of a strategic fitness review we would look at current performance on a range of areas in each of these domains and provide feedback and recommendations for action.
